Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dr.AlbaMD collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account or sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address through our authentication provider so we can identify you and give you access to your purchases.

Orders: when you buy a digital product, our payment processor (Stripe) handles the transaction. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the items bought, but we never receive or store your full payment-card details.

Email subscriptions: if you subscribe to updates or request a free resource, we store your email address to send the content you asked for.

Support requests: if you contact support, we store the email address and the message you provide so we can respond.

Analytics: with your consent, we collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, time on page, performance metrics, and basic conversion events — using a random identifier stored in your browser. This data is first-party; it is not sold and not shared with advertisers.

2. How we use information

To provide accounts, deliver the digital products you buy, and let you access them again later.

To process purchases and prevent fraud.

To send the emails you requested and important service messages (such as order or account notices).

To respond to support requests.

To understand and improve the website — only where you have given analytics consent.

To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage items. Essential ones keep you signed in and remember your language, theme, cart, and cookie choice. Analytics storage is used only after you accept it. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and Google (optional sign-in). Each processes your information under its own terms and security practices.

5. External links and retailers

Some products are also sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon. When you follow a link to another site, that site’s own privacy practices apply — we are not responsible for them.

6. Data retention

We keep account, order, and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and financial obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form.

7. Your rights and choices

You can access and delete your account from your account dashboard, or by contacting us.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise them and we will respond as required by law.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. International processing

Our providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version took effect. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.

11. Contact us

If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@dralbamd.com.
