1. Acceptance

Dr.AlbaMD provides educational workbooks, guides, and companion materials for adults and their caregivers. By accessing the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. License to use products

Digital workbooks and companion materials are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use them for your own personal or caregiving use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or share the files, or remove any notices. Use for professional or classroom settings may require a separate license — contact us.

4. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by completing checkout you authorize the charge for the items in your cart. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery and access

Digital products are made available through your account after a successful purchase. Continued access requires a valid account. Some editions are sold as physical books through third-party retailers, whose delivery terms apply.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be downloaded, purchases are generally final. If a file is defective, you were charged in error, or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right. [Confirm your refund policy specifics with counsel.]

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, disrupt it, scrape it, or access content you have not purchased. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The workbooks and all content are educational aids intended to support practice and engagement. 10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Dr.AlbaMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Changes

We may update the site, the products, and these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
